It’s been a busy year.
We’ve weathered Covid, won a raft of new clients, rebranded as firstlight group. And made promotions across all levels of the business – including seven just this week.
As we’ve grown, we’ve realised that we need to evolve how we manage the business. We need to be more deliberate in how we shape our strategy, adding to the range of services we offer, whilst continuing to sweat the small stuff. The stuff that we know makes the big difference to our clients.
So, today I’m excited to announce that Anna Price has been promoted to managing director, as I step up to become CEO.
Anna will remain focused on delivering excellent work and ensuring we remain a great place for ambitious brands and talent. I will look more over the horizon at emerging opportunities for our clients and our business. I will of course continue to ask the dumbest questions in any meeting I’m in.
Speaking of promotions, we’ve also just announced that Imogen Robinson becomes our newest associate director and I’m chuffed to say that we’ve also made a raft of other promotions spanning account executive to account director levels.
I’m really proud of what we’ve built here at firstlight, the clients that we’ve helped and the friends that we’ve made. The next chapter promises to be even more exciting.
